  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 quart spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 7 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 14 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

    In a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

    Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according package directions; drain.

    In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese cottage cheese yogurt; beat well.

    Add to the sauce mixture and combine.

    Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top evenly.
