Baked Squash

- 2 lb. small yellow squash
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions

1Cut squash into small pieces and cook until tender.

2Do not overcook.

3Drain and put in baking dish.

4Immediately add butter and salt and pepper and onions.

5Combine milk and eggs and mix well with squash. Top with buttered cracker crumbs.

6Bake for about 30 minutes or brown in a 400° oven.
