Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

  • fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. any wine
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 can minced clams or shrimp
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.

    In a bowl, mix clams and wine.

    Cut a few mushroom stems and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs.

    Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps.

    Place in baking pan and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over them.

    Cook in oven 20 minutes at 375°.
