- 1 c. wild rice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can chopped pimento
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Prepare rice according to package directions.

2Saute celery, onion and green pepper until half done.

3Add pimento and mushrooms; mix with rice.

4Add chicken broth.

5Place in casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6If dry, add additional broth. Serves 8.
