- 4 baking potatoes
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- dash of paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Wash potatoes and pat dry.

2Prick each potato with a fork. Bake potatoes at 400° for one hour or until done.

3Cut potatoes in half.

4Scoop out the pulp into a bowl.

5Mash the potato pulp with hot milk until fluffy.

6Beat in butter and green onions.

7Add seasonings.

8Fry the bacon until crisp.

9Crumble and add to potato mixture.

10Spoon potato mixture into shells.

11Sprinkle with both cheeses.

12Place potatoes on a baking sheet.

13Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
