- 4 lbs boneless bottom round roast
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 onion, chopped
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12-1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon basil
Directions

1Place roast in crock pot.

2Add all ingredients.

3Let marinade 4 hours or overnight.

4(Overnight is best).

5Turn a few times to coat.

6Cook roast on low until internal temp is 145-160, depending on preference of doneness, 6-8 hours.

7Remove remaining juices from Crockpot; pour in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.

8Serve over sliced meat.
