  • 4 lbs boneless bottom round roast
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 12-1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon basil

    Place roast in crock pot.

    Add all ingredients.

    Let marinade 4 hours or overnight.

    (Overnight is best).

    Turn a few times to coat.

    Cook roast on low until internal temp is 145-160, depending on preference of doneness, 6-8 hours.

    Remove remaining juices from Crockpot; pour in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.

    Serve over sliced meat.
