- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1Preheat oven to 400AF.

2Brown garlic in olive oil.

3Then add balsamic vinegar.

4Then add honey and mustard.

5Brush glaze over the salmon.

6Bake for 5 minutes.

7Take it out and add more glaze then bake for another 10 minutes.

8Garnish with parsley and serve.
