  • 1 Salmon Filet
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400AF.

    Brown garlic in olive oil.

    Then add balsamic vinegar.

    Then add honey and mustard.

    Brush glaze over the salmon.

    Bake for 5 minutes.

    Take it out and add more glaze then bake for another 10 minutes.

    Garnish with parsley and serve.
