Banana Muffs

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. mashed bananas (2 to 3 medium)

Directions

    Combine the Bisquick, sugar, margarine and egg. Fold in the bananas. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

    Makes 48 tiny muffins or 10 to 12 regular muffins. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400°. Frost while warm with thick icing of 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Sprinkle with grated nuts.
