- 2 medium bananas
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cut bananas into 1-inch pieces.

2Wrap pieces in clear plastic or foil.

3Freeze several hours until firm.

4Measure milk into blender.

5Add yogurt.

6Measure in sugar and vanilla.

7Put in half of the banana pieces, cover and blend until well mixed.

8Add remainder; cover and blend until smooth.

9Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings.
