Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 c. xxxx sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 tall can pineapple (crushed), drained
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • nuts (optional)
  • cherries (optional)

Directions

    Mix butter and cracker crumbs together.

    Press in bottom of pan, 9 x 13-inch.

    Cream margarine and sugar together.

    Add eggs and beat.

    Spread over crumb crust.

    Then slice bananas over sugar mixture, then spread pineapple over bananas.

    Now put Cool Whip over top and chill for 4 hours before serving.

    Sprinkle with nuts and cherries, if desired.
