Banana Split Cake

  • 1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
  • 2 c. graham crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • nuts
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Melt oleo and pour over graham crackers.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside to cool.

    Beat eggs, oleo and powdered sugar for 10 minutes and pour over top of graham cracker crust. Top with bananas, pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Chill overnight and garnish with nuts and maraschino cherries on top.
