  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 12 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt

    Combine bananas, pineapple, ice, orange juice, and sugar in container of an electric blender.
