- 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 14 cup orange liqueur, for flambeing. (if wished you may add more)
