- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix together first 2 ingredients.

2Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix together Cheddar, sour cream and soup.

4Pour over potatoes.

5Mix together cornflake crumbs and butter.

6Spread over top of casserole.

7Bake for 30 minutes, covered, at 350°. Continue 30 more minutes, uncovered.

8Can be made 3 days ahead and refrigerated.
