Barbecue Deer Ribs

- 4 sides ribs
- 2 c. water
- 2 jars barbecue sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 loaves bread
Directions

1Cut up ribs.

2Cook real slow in a large pan covered overnight in water.

3Next morning, let cool.

4Remove as much fat as possible. Remove meat from bones.

5Put meat back in pan.

6Cook about 2 hours on low to medium heat until water is gone.

7Mix barbecue sauce, onions, meat tenderizer, garlic salt, lemon pepper and Worcestershire sauce in separate bowl, then add to meat.

8Cook on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

9Serves at least 10 people.
