Ingredients

  • 3 x Salad onions, finely minced
  • 1/2 x Green pepper, deseeded and finely minced
  • 125 gm Red Leicester cheese, grated (4oz)
  • 1 x 142 millilit natural low fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree
  • 1 Tbsp. Low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce A dash of Tabasco sauce Salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Directions

    Mix together all the ingredients and refrigeratebefore serving.

    Notes Serve with a selection of savoury biscuits and/or possibly raw vegetables.
