  • 1 tube (10 oz.) buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Separate into ten biscuits.

    Flatten into 5-inch circles. Press each circle into a greased muffin cup.

    In skillet, brown beef; drain.

    Mix ketchup, sugar, vinegar and chili powder.

    Add meat and mix well.

    Divide meat mixture among biscuits; sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
