- 1 tube (10 oz.) buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Separate into ten biscuits.

2Flatten into 5-inch circles. Press each circle into a greased muffin cup.

3In skillet, brown beef; drain.

4Mix ketchup, sugar, vinegar and chili powder.

5Add meat and mix well.

6Divide meat mixture among biscuits; sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
