- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 4 ounces milk chocolate
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 6 graham crackers
Directions

1bring cream and hald and half to a boil.

2stir in melted chocolate and stir until melted.

3in a small bowl, stir egg yolks until a uniform color is formed.

4add half of hot chocolate to egg yolk mixture.

5stir until eggs are warmed.

6stir in second half of chocolate mixture.

7boil water and put mixture into 6 custard cups.

8bake 45-5 minutes.

9chill for 3 hours.

10top with marshmallows and using a torch, melt marshmallow.

11garnish with graham crackers.
