- 1 c. oil
- 1 large onion, copped
- 2 pods garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 lemons, squeezed (save the rinds)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In a heavy pot, heat the oil.

2Add onions, garlic and dry mustard.

3Cook until soft, but not brown.

4Add remaining ingredients, including lemon rinds.

5Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Discard rinds.

7Pour in a jar and store in refrigerator.
