Barbecued Beef And Corn Muffins

- 1 lb. round beef steaks, cut 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick
- 1 medium onion, cut in thin wedges
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce
- 4 corn muffins, quartered
Directions

1Cook and stir onion in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

2Remove and keep warm.

3Add beef strips, half at a time, to skillet.

4Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.

5Add barbecue sauce and onion and until hot. Place over corn muffins.

6Makes 4 servings.

7Serve with cole slaw.
