- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 can Pillsbury Tenderflake or Tenderburst biscuits
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In large skillet, brown beef; drain fat. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onions.

3Separate dough into biscuits.

4Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edges of cup.

5Spoon meat into cups.

6Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

7Sprinkle cheese over top.

8Serves 10 to 12.
