Barbequed Cabbage

  • 1 head cabbage, cut into 8 sections
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. Bacon Bits or bacon grease
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 1 roll aluminum foil

Directions

    Cut cabbage into 8 sections.

    In aluminum foil pouch, combine all ingredients.

    Seal pouch.

    Place on gas grill on low heat. Cook for 1 hour with lid closed.

    Cabbage should be soft.

    Remove and serve.

    Based on palate heat tolerance, add or lessen peppers as needed.

    Dish is very spicy.
