- 2 lbs halibut fillets
- 12 cup butter
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions

1Pat halibut dry with paper towels.

2Melt butter and stir in lemon juice, dill, pepper, minced garlic and parsley.

3Wrap fillet and butter mixture tightly in aluminum foil.

4Place on rack over hot coals and grill for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.

5Spoon butter sauce over each serving.
