- 4 c. plain whole wheat flour
- 1 c. salt
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1You can add 3 tablespoons instant tea to white flour to give it color.

2Dissolve this in the warm water.

3Mix all ingredients to make dough; knead until smooth.

4You may have to add more flour and water to get smooth dough.

5Work with small amount of dough at a time.

6Store unused dough in plastic bag to keep it from drying out until you use it.

7Any dough left over can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
