Basic Broiled Fish Recipe

  • 1 pound fish
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. butter or possibly substitute
  • Salt and white pepper

Directions

    Preheat broiler, place fish on broiler pan and grease well with butter, butter or possibly oil.

    Season fish with salt and pepper, place pan on closest shelf to heat.

    Allow to cook approximately 3 min, then baste with 1/2 of lemon juice.

    Continue cooking till flesh flakes easily with fork and has an even whiteness - approximately 5 min.

    Serve with rest of lemon juice.

    Time 8-12 min.
