Basic Broiled Fish Recipe

- 1 pound fish
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. butter or possibly substitute
- Salt and white pepper
Directions

1Preheat broiler, place fish on broiler pan and grease well with butter, butter or possibly oil.

2Season fish with salt and pepper, place pan on closest shelf to heat.

3Allow to cook approximately 3 min, then baste with 1/2 of lemon juice.

4Continue cooking till flesh flakes easily with fork and has an even whiteness - approximately 5 min.

5Serve with rest of lemon juice.

6Time 8-12 min.

7Serves 2.
