- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
- 1 lb. turkey cutlets, pound on board with hand to flatten
- 4 oz. egg substitute
Directions

1Mix the flour and oat bran cereal in a large bowl.

2Dip the turkey cutlets, one at a time into the egg substitute, then into the flour mixture until well coated.

3In a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam, fry the cutlets until golden brown.

4Serve alone or with any variety of sauces.
