Basic Roll Dough Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. warm milk or warm water
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
Directions

1In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour with dry yeast, salt and sugar.

2Heat milk (or water) and margarine in saucepan until very warm (don't boil).

3Add to flour mixture, along with egg.

4With mixer, beat 2 minutes.

5By hand, stir in remaining 2 to 2 1/4 cups flour to form stiff dough.

6Cover and refrigerate up to 5 days. When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator.

7Form into rolls. Let rise until double in size.

8Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. May be used right away.
