- 6 cloves garlic
- 6 pods hot pepper
- 6 tsp. dill seed
- 3 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
- small okra pods
Directions

1Scald 6 pint jars. Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil. Add garlic, pepper, dill and mustard.

2Simmer 5 minutes.

3Place small okra pods and spices evenly into scalded jars.

4Pour liquid over okra and seal.

5Let stand at least a week.
