  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 4 heaping tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 lb. pinto beans
  • 2 large onions

Directions

    Cook beans separately until nearly done.

    Cook beef and chopped onions and peppers together until nearly done, drain. Pour tomato sauce with remaining ingredients in pan with meat mixture and simmer about 15 minutes.

    Then mix meat mixture with beans in large pot.

    Simmer for 3 to 6 hours.

    Stir often and add water as needed.
