- 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 large bell peppers
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 4 heaping tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 lb. pinto beans
- 2 large onions
Directions

1Cook beans separately until nearly done.

2Cook beef and chopped onions and peppers together until nearly done, drain. Pour tomato sauce with remaining ingredients in pan with meat mixture and simmer about 15 minutes.

3Then mix meat mixture with beans in large pot.

4Simmer for 3 to 6 hours.

5Stir often and add water as needed.
