  • 12 c. water
  • 1 ham bone
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
