  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2-1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained, cut up
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking barley, uncooked
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

    Brown meat in large saucepan; drain.

    Stir in all remaining ingredients except VELVEETA.
