  • 1 lb. Healthy Choice hamburger
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat Cheddar cheese
  • 8 low-fat tortillas (10-inch)

Directions

    Brown and drain hamburger.

    Lightly spray 1 cookie sheet with Pam butter flavored vegetable spray.

    Place 1 ounce Cheddar cheese and 1/8 of hamburger in a tortilla and roll up.

    Place on the cookie sheet; repeat until all 8 are placed on the baking sheet, then spray Pam over all exposed areas of tortillas.

    Bake in 375° oven until crisp.
