- 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- dash of pepper
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- oil for frying
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 6 oz. carton frozen guacamole, thawed
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
Directions

1In medium saucepan, bring beef, water, vinegar, garlic and seasonings to a boil.

2Cover; reduce heat and simmer about 1 1/4 hours or until beef is tender.

3Uncover; cook until liquid evaporates, about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

4Shred meat with 2 forks or let cool and pull apart with fingers.
