- 1 large London broil
- 3 cans Franco-American beef gravy
- 1/2 can beer (not Bud, it's bitter)
- ketchup to taste (maybe 1 1/2 Tbsp.)
- 3 c. water
- 1 whole onion
- garlic to taste
- any veggie you would add to a pot roast, i.e., potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions, whatever
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Slice beef (uncooked) about 1/2-inch thick. Arrange in large roaster.

3Combine all ingredients except the veggies.

4Pour over beef.

5Seal with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Cook in oven for 2 hours.
