  • 3 to 5 lb. venison or sandwich steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. (Wright's) liquid smoke
