- 1 lb. stewing beef or chuck
- 5 medium potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. frozen peas
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Stew meat in skillet until tender.

2Brown.

3Remove from skillet and make gravy.

4Peel and dice potatoes.

5Cook in salted water.

6Peel and slice carrots.

7Cook in salt water until tender. Slice celery and chop onions; cook together until tender.

8Add all ingredients to gravy.

9Add frozen peas.
-
10Let cook for approximately 5 minutes.
