- 1 round steak
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 or 4 potatoes
- 4 carrots or 1 can sliced carrots
- flour
- about 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Cut steak into small cubes.

2Flour and brown in large boiler in about 1/4 cup oil.

3Add a small amount of flour to absorb the remaining oil; brown.

4Then add enough water to fill boiler half full; add potatoes, chopped onion and sliced carrots.

5Cook slow for 2 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.

6Add water whenever needed.
