  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
  • 16 ounces water
  • 13 cup minute tapioca
  • 2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet (Brown Bouquet sauce)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup frozen peas (optional)

    Brown beef cubes in skillet.

    Place browned beef cubes and remaining ingredients in crock pot.

    Cook 6-8 hours on low.

    If you like peas, add 1 cup of frozen peas for last half hour.
