  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • 12 onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • pasta egg noodles

    Brown beef stew meat in shortening.

    Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is tender.
