- 1 lb. boneless round steak (3/4 inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1Slice beef across the grain into very thin slices.

2In skillet, over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, stirring often. Set aside.

3In same skillet, combine soup, sour cream and paprika. Return beef and onion to skillet.

4Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

5Serve over noodles.
