- 1 lb. beef tenderloins (about 1/2-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 to 4 c. cooked noodles
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Cook onion and mushrooms (set aside), then in same skillet, cook meat until light brown.

3Reserving 1/3 cup beef broth, stir in remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt. Cover.

4Simmer 15 minutes.
