  • 1 lb. round steak (3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • hot cooked noodles

Directions

    Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.

    In skillet, over high heat, in butter, cook the beef and the onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.

    Set aside. Stir in soup and paprika.

    Heat through, stirring occasionally. Reduce to very low heat.

    Stir in sour cream.

    Gently heat through.

    Serve over noodles.
