- 1 lb. round steak (3/4 inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.

2In skillet, over high heat, in butter, cook the beef and the onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.

3Set aside. Stir in soup and paprika.

4Heat through, stirring occasionally. Reduce to very low heat.

5Stir in sour cream.

6Gently heat through.
-
7Serve over noodles.
