- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 10 oz. noodles
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. dillweed
Directions

1In large skillet, saute the onions in the margarine until slightly browned.

2Next, add the meat and cook until brown.

3Now add the flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms, garlic powder, olive oil and dill weed.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Next, add the mushroom soup and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

6Stir in sour cream after it has been beaten thoroughly.

7Now allow this to simmer until thoroughly heated.

8Do not boil.

9Serve with medium-wide noodles.

10This goes well with spinach salad and red wine.
