- 2 lb. chuck roast or stir-fry meat
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. onion
- any other vegetables you desire
- garlic (for seasoning)
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Cut meat in 1/4-inch slices.

2Put meat, onion and garlic in a large frying pan and brown.

3Add vegetables and water.

4Simmer for 30 minutes.

5More water may be needed.

6Mix 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons water to make gravy.

7Add to meat and vegetables.

8Serve over rice or noodles.
