  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lb. beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. soup stock
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. green peppers
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
