Ingredients

  • 1 jar (4 Oz. Jar) Dried Beef
  • 2 packages (4 Oz. Package) Thin Sliced Beef Lunch Meat
  • 3 packages (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Accent Seasoning
  • 1 bunch Sliced Green Onions, Tops And Bottoms
  • 1/2 cans (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Black Olives
  • 1 jar (4 Oz. Jar) Sliced Mushrooms, Finely Chopped

Directions

    Cut dried beef and lunch meat into very small pieces.

    Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

    With clean hands, mix well and form into a ball.

    Cover with plastic wrap and chill.

    Serve with Tostitos bite-size tortilla chips.

    Note: Recently Ive had trouble finding the thin sliced lunch meat at our local grocery store.

    So Ive just been going to the deli counter and getting them to shave 8 oz.

    of mild beef.

    If desired you can also roll the beefball in chopped pecans.
