  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 12 oz. beer (at room temperature)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 1/4 hours or until top is brown.
