  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

    Mix eggs, salad oil, sugar and pumpkin well.

    Add baking powder, soda, salt and spices and blend well.

    Add flour and blend well.

    Pour into a 12 x 18-inch jelly roll pan with 1-inch edge. (Pan should be greased and floured.) Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
