  • 1 package yeast, active dry
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 ounces beer at room temperature
  • 2 slices american cheese processed
  • 4 ounces monterey jack cheese or any other, cut in 1/4 inch cubes

    Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave.

    Cheese doesn't need to melt completely.

    Add all ingredients listed, select white bread and push start.
