- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light.

2Add cooled, melted margarine, milk and vanilla.

3Add flour, baking powder and salt.

4Beat well.

5Beat egg whites until stiff and then gently fold into batter.

6Bake 3 to 4 minutes in Belgian waffle iron.
